International students attend the launching of the "Chinese Bridge" Seeing China in the Green Online Program via video.

 Beijing Forestry University International College successfully organized "Seeing China in the Green" online program in January 2023.

 More than More than 120 Chinese lovers from 32 countries such as the UK, Spain, Italy, Russia, Thailand, Brazil, Egypt, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, etc., took part in the online learning, enjoyed the Chinese culture learning and exchange with scholars and Chinese language instructors from Beijing Forestry University.

 "Seeing China in the Green" online program, hosted by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education, provides a platform for Chinese culture learning & exchange between Chinese universities and international students .

 This is the first time that BFU-IC held the online short-term "Chinese Bridge" project. With the theme of "Appreciating the Green Waters and Green Mountains, Feeling the Charm of China", the project aims to enhance overseas students' understanding of Chinese culture learning, the development of Chinese forestry and ecology, and to spread the concept of harmonious coexistence between human and nature. Focusing on the three elements of green, language and culture, with a unique immersive online course series, this language program is an innovative practice to carry out cultural communication and exchange, publicize superior disciplines, attract high-quality international students and improve the level of international education, which received acclaim and attracted many overseas participants.
